In order to register with the world's largest betting exchange, Betfair, you must log on to the operator's website and find the gray Open Account button located at the top right of the site.
The following screenshot shows where this button is:
When you press the button and load a new page, you will see several fields you need to fill out that include basic information about your personal information and the profile you are currently creating.
The information includes:
- Gender
- Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Country
- Address (the address must me the same as your ID)
- Town
- Phone number
- Nationaity
- PIN or other type of ID
- E-mail adress
- Password
- Hidden question and answer
- Currency
Most fields speak clearly enough for themselves, but we recommend paying particular attention to the Currency and Hidden question and answer fields.
It's good idea to think about what currency you want to use, as it cannot be changed after the registration is created.
As for the hidden question and it's answer, many users just write anything without having memorizing it. However, it is important to remember the selected hidden question and answer, as Betfair employees may ask you if there is any problem with your account (for example, if you cannot log in to your account).
When you have completed all the fields, you will see a sign-up button (as shown in the screenshot) at the bottom right that authorizes the opening of the account.
