Fixed percentage system

Achieving and maintaining high success rate is directly related to the proper management of the bank. The more skillfully we handle it, the more likely to achieve  long-term success. For this reason, we will look at an elementary but extremely useful strategy, especially for people with a lower betting “culture”.

What is the system about?

There is hardly a simpler strategy for betting on the Internet. The task of the participant is to determine his bet against the available balance, based on a strictly regulated percent, independent of other factors - odds, probability and so on.

It is advisable to choose a fixed percentage that allows longer participation with deposited funds. Betting more than 20% of the bank is considered unreasonable, since a possible series of 5-6 non-winning events is quite possible and will have an irreversible effect on the balance.

Let's say you have deposited £ 1,000 and set each bet to be equal to 10% of the balance.

  • Bet # 1: 10% of £ 1000 (£ 100) on an odd of 1.80 - guessed;
  • Bet # 2: 10% of £ 1080 (£ 108) on an odd of 2.00 – losing;
  • Bet # 3: 10% of £ 972 (£ 97) on an odd of 1.70 - losing;
  • Bet # 4: 10% of £ 875 (£ 88) on an odd of 2.00 - guessed;
  • Bet # 5: 10% from £ 963 (£ 96) on an odd of 1.75.

Advantages and disadvantages of the fixed percentage system

The positive feature of the system is related to minimizing the risk. In the event that you accumulate a long losing streak that has a negative effect on the bank, the lower bet value will protect you from a speeding bankruptcy. On the other hand, if you enter a positive series and increase your balance dramatically, the high value of the bets will bring you more profitable winnings.

This makes the fixed percentage system very practical for beginners to use, as it is not bound by complex rules. In addition, it guarantees them continued participation, irrespective of the results of the finished selections.

Of course, the terms of the strategy can be interpreted in another way. We place an equal percentage on each bet, no matter what the bet is and how much the probability justifies the risk. Not many of you will bet the same amount on a market with an odd of 1.50 market and on a market with an odd of 4.50. A lower priced option is accompanied by a higher chance of a successful outcome.

Therefore, we advise you to be more careful and to apply the fixed percentage strategy to selections with similar odds that have identical value.
